Meet Colleen
Spiritual Director
I am the Founder of Soul Care LA, lead Spiritual Director, and companion for your spiritual journey. Think of me as your “SOUL CARE PROVIDER,” because my passion is helping young and BIPOC artists and professionals take care of the maintenance of their inner lives.
SPIRITUAL DIRECTION has been described as “holy listening” and the Spiritual Director as a “soul friend.” Spiritual direction then, is one spiritual friend, joining another spiritual friend in prayer. It is a coming together to listen for the Spirit and the cultivating of life inclined to listen to the Spirit.
